Design Submission
Here you can find details on how to submit your designs for review and discussion.
1. Design Feedback Group
Each designer will be part of a discord group along with the Head Designer and Product Manager, all discussions regarding the designs that particular designer is working on will happen on that group.
This includes any feedback, doubts or updates regarding design, all communication will happen in this group.
2. Deadlines
After each discussion, a deadline will be decided for when to finish the given task.
This deadline is for when you have to complete the design or task and notify us. We will need day or so to look at your work after which a Design Discussion/Feedback Call will be set up.
Note: All these calls will happen on discord itself.
For ex. If we have a discussion on 10th and your deadline is set for 13th. 13th is the date by when you have to complete the work and notify us about the same. After that we take the next day (14th) to review it, following which we can set up call for a discussion on 15th or 16th.
3.Submission
To submit your design work file, copy a link of your Figma file and share it in your designated 'Design Feedback' discord group.
If you're not familiar with how to share a Figma file link, follow the following steps:
On your file, top right corner click on 'Share' button
On top of the dialogue box you will notice a 'Copy link' option. Click on that and your link is copied.
Paste that link to our group and you're done!
4. Discussion Call Invite
Once we decide on a date and time for the discussion call, an invite will be sent to your email id.
Once you 'Accept' the invite it will show in yours and everyone's else's chalender. This will help everyone keep track of when and what time the next discussion is.
